Communities In Schools (CIS) is the nation's largest dropout prevention organization, serving 1.5 million at risk students annually. Locally, Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas serves over 3,200 at risk students across 19 schools and 6 districts.
Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas has been a part of the Waco community for over 28 years. In that time we have served over 100,000 at-risk students.
